Where do you currently ship to?

We ship worldwide from the Philippines ~

Shipping fee estimate : $10 - $16

When will I get my order?

All items in the shop are for pre-order only. Pre-orders will take 2-5 weeks (at the earliest) from checkout to shipping (through PHLPost, the Philippines’ Postal Service). 

Once your package has been handed over to the postal service courier, we are not liable for any damages, loss, and delays. Tracking numbers will be provided so you can monitor your package here. 

The customer is responsible should there be any import taxes and/or additional fees from customs upon the package's arrival to the destination country.

 

What are your payment methods?

Wise (lower transaction fee) and PayPal (with 5% PayPal transaction fee)

 

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Since all items are pre-ordered, all sales are final. We only accept exchanges if we sent the wrong item/s to you. If this is the case, please contact us by email (shop.theirfieldnotes@gmail.com).

If your order was returned to us by the courier, we will re-ship your order to you. Re-shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

 

My package is damaged/lost, what should I do?

We are not liable in case of damage, loss and delays once we've handed over your package to the courier. 

If you suspect that your package is lost, please wait within 2-3 days after your package has been declared delivered on the tracking website and check in with your neighbors if it got delivered to them by mistake. If the package still has not arrive please contact your local postal office to file a claim.

 

I entered the wrong shipping details, what should I do?

Please send your updated information by email (shop.theirfieldnotes@gmail.com) as soon as possible.
